¿Sirve para el dolor de espalda o lumbar?

Un masaje descontracturante ayuda a liberar contracturas y a aliviar la sobrecarga muscular, que está detrás de muchas molestias de espalda, cuello o zona lumbar. No sustituye un diagnóstico: si el dolor es intenso, persistente o viene de una lesión, consúltalo antes con tu médico y avísanos al llegar.

La presión es firme, porque trabaja sobre la musculatura cargada, pero se adapta a ti. Dile a tu terapeuta durante la sesión si quieres más o menos intensidad.
