What Ritmo is

Looking after yourself, made a habit.

Looking after your body shouldn't be an occasional luxury. Ritmo makes your sessions a regular thing: one payment with massages included, at the lowest possible price.

You set how many you want a month, what duration, what type of massage and for how long. We charge you automatically and top up your voucher every month, on time.

With an annual plan you can save up to 45% on the menu price. The longer you commit, the better the price per massage.

Up to 40% more with Horizon

When you sign up you can apply your Horizon points and save up to an extra 40% on the plan total. The discount is spread across all the payments in your commitment.

Price locked in

During your commitment, the price per massage is fixed. Even if menu prices change, you keep the one you signed up at.

Switch when it ends

You can change plan when your current commitment ends. If you need more massages, you move up a plan with no paperwork; if you need fewer, you move down.

What is the commitment?

It's the minimum term you subscribe for (3, 6 or 12 months). The longer it is, the lower the price per massage. When it ends, your plan renews automatically for the same period. You can cancel the renewal up to 30 days before it ends.

What happens if I don't use all the month's sessions?

Each month we top up your voucher with the sessions in your plan. Any you don't use that month don't carry over to the next: we recommend booking in advance to make the most of them all. That's why it's important to choose a plan that matches how often you really want to come.

Can I pause my subscription?

You can't pause during the commitment, but you can switch to another plan or cancel the renewal so you're not charged again when it ends. If you have any questions, write to us at ayuda@arcadea.es.

How are payments taken?

Automatically with your card. Each payment generates an email receipt with the details. You can check your payment schedule in My account at any time.

What if a payment fails?

We retry up to 3 times over the following days. If it keeps failing, we let you know so you can update your card; your plan is paused and reactivates as soon as it's sorted.

Can I use my Horizon points when I sign up?

Yes. When you sign up you can apply your Horizon points and save up to an additional 40% on the plan total (the rest is paid by card). The discount is spread across all the instalments in your commitment, so you see the saving on every payment.
