How much does a relaxing massage in Bilbao cost at Arcadea?
The general relaxing massage costs €49 (45 min), €58 (60 min) and €84 (90 min). If you only want your back or legs, the half-body massage starts at €29 for 30 minutes. All prices are in the treatment menu.
What's the difference between a relaxing massage and a deep tissue massage?
The relaxing massage uses slow, enveloping strokes to release the day's tension and switch off. The deep tissue massage uses firm strokes on muscle knots and specific overworked areas. If you're not sure which one suits you, Fusión combines both techniques in a single session.
How long does the session last?
You can choose between 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes depending on the massage. The Signature collection rituals last 90 or 120 minutes.
What do I need to bring?
Nothing special. We provide sheets, towels, oils and everything you need. Come in comfortable clothes and, if you can, avoid a heavy meal right before: ideally, wait an hour.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before. With less than 48 hours' notice, the appointment is non-refundable.
Can I give a relaxing massage as a gift?
Yes. Under vouchers you choose the massage, add the recipient's name and the voucher arrives instantly as a PDF. It's valid for 12 months and can be transferred.
What if I'm pregnant?
Some massages are not recommended in the first three months because we use essential oils. For this stage we have Ama, a specific prenatal treatment. Check with your doctor first and let us know when you arrive.
