Horizon Club
A programme for those who come back. Every visit to Arcadea counts a little more: you earn points that pay off, move up tiers over time and unlock personal discounts.
No fees, no minimum term · from My account
The idea
Rewarding the habit, not the one-off.
At Arcadea we believe that looking after your body is a habit, not a whim. That's why Horizon Club rewards your consistency: the more you come, the more we look after you.
Every euro you spend earns points you can redeem for discounts. Every completed visit brings you closer to the next tier, and each tier unlocks new benefits, from discounts on massages and vouchers to booking priority.
It's free, automatic and works with any payment method. You just need to book with your usual email.

How do I earn points?
Every euro you spend at Arcadea (massages, multi-session vouchers, Ritmo subscriptions) is converted into points at your tier's rate. Points take a day to appear on your card after payment and are valid for 6 months. Visits paid for with a voucher you had already bought don't earn new points: you made that spend when you bought the voucher.
How do I move up a tier?
Completed visits are what count towards your tier, not spending. When you reach the next tier's visit threshold, you move up automatically and your discounts update instantly. You never drop a tier: what you've reached, you keep.
How do I redeem my points?
When you book a massage online or buy a multi-session voucher online, you can apply your points as a direct discount on the total. With Ritmo subscriptions, points are worth more: we give them back to you spread out as a discount on each monthly payment.
Can my partner or family earn points with me?
Yes. You can add up to 2 authorised people to your card from My account. Every visit they make also counts towards your card, and they can enjoy the same benefits as you by showing the card at the centre.
How is the massage discount applied?
It's applied with a personal discount code you'll find in My account. When you book a massage online, enter it in the promo code field before paying. The code is unique and non-transferable: it only works with your email.
And the discount on multi-session vouchers?
Multi-session vouchers are sold at the centre and also on our website. When you want to buy one, show your Horizon card or give your member number to the reception staff and we'll apply your discount straight away.
Is there any cost?
None. Horizon Club is completely free. There are no fees, no small print and no minimum term. You just need to register in My account with the email you use for your bookings.
